As a ServiceNow specialist at saxon-global, you will leverage your expertise in IT service management to drive business outcomes. Key Responsibilities:

  • ServiceNow IT Service Management: Develop and implement effective IT service management processes to ensure seamless delivery of services.
  • 3rd Party Integration: Integrate third-party systems with ServiceNow to enhance functionality and efficiency.
  • Scripting, Workflows, and Integrations: Design and develop custom scripts, workflows, and integrations using ServiceNow's scripting capabilities.
  • JavaScript, Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub: Utilize JavaScript, Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub to create innovative solutions.
  • UI Design, SQL, HTML, CSS, and Service Portal: Create visually appealing UI designs, utilize SQL for data analysis, and apply HTML, CSS skills to enhance user experience.
  • Service Portal: Develop and maintain Service Portal instances with minimum 5 years of experience.
  • Certifications: Hold Certified Implementation Specialist and ServiceNow Certified System Admin certifications.
