- Experience on flow designer or Workflows
- Agile methodology implementation
- Good knowledge on Integrations SOAP or REST
- Root cause analysis for any production support
Mandatory Skills:
- ITSM, Service Catalog, Knowledge, Incident, Change Problem
Nice to Have:
- Minimum 2 mandates details are mandate with two or 3 liners
Technical Skills:
- GRC/ ITOM/ ITBM
