As the ServiceNow Admin, you'll manage and enhance the platform, focusing on ITSM, Incident & Problem Management, and ITIL aligned processes. You'll work closely with Splunk to support proactive service reliability and root cause analysis. Key Responsibilities:
- Administer and optimize ServiceNow modules (Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB)
- Integrate Splunk monitoring tools for real-time alerting and visibility
- Lead root cause analysis for major incidents and implement long-term fixes
- Support platform upgrades, performance tuning, and data integrity Requirements
3+ years of ServiceNow administration experience in enterprise environments
Experience with Splunk or similar monitoring tools
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) preferred
