ServiceNow HAM Developer Role

We're seeking a skilled ServiceNow Hardware Asset Management (HAM) Developer to support our client in Dearborn, MI.

This role involves migrating from the current AM solution to HAM and supporting the Java/Perl platform until decommissioning. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement ServiceNow HAM solutions aligned with client needs for PC Asset Management
• Collaborate with functional teams, lead technical solution design sessions, and contribute to process improvement and documentation
• Design, code, and troubleshoot applications within the ServiceNow platform, focusing on the HAM module
• Manage the platform and infrastructure, ensuring smooth operation of IT Asset Management processes
• Provide advanced support for ServiceNow, including troubleshooting, bug fixes, and root cause analysis

Bonus Skills: JavaScript, ServiceNow scripting, ServiceNow Certified System Admin, Agile development methodologies, ITIL v3 or v4 certification.
