• Maintaining and adding new capabilities to the ServiceNow platform to boost functionality.
• Developing, testing, and deploying updates based on customer requirements.
• Customizing and configuring ServiceNow applications and facilitating the rollout of new applications and modules.
• Collaborating with ServiceNow experts to develop solutions and handle general updates and configuration changes.
• Identifying system deficiencies and recommending effective solutions.
• Improving processes, standards, policies, working methods, and tools to enhance overall efficiency.
• Ensuring a reliable and reproducible development/production environment.
• Ensuring tool configuration consistency across environments.
• Participating in production support and end-user support.
• Documenting testing and maintenance of system corrections.
• Staying up-to-date with new technologies and standards as needed.
• Designing, developing, and modifying enterprise-wide systems and/or applications software.
• Planning system and development deployment and meeting software compliance standards.
