">ServiceNow Technical Consultant Role

As a seasoned ServiceNow technical consultant, you will work closely with clients on various engagements, collaborating with business consultants and providing technical oversight. You will be responsible for refining stories, ensuring adherence to ServiceNow platform standards, participating in Agile ceremonies, troubleshooting issues, delivering documentation, and partnering with the team.

  • Develop and deploy UI policies, actions, script includes, scheduled jobs, import sets, and transform maps to enhance system efficiency.
  • Maintain existing and develop additions to the service catalog and related workflows, driving business growth through streamlined processes.
  • Implement software solutions using ServiceNow tools and best practices, leveraging expertise to drive project success.
  • Assist in building workflows and writing automated scripts to optimize system performance and user experience.

You will also lead workshops, demo CMDB Health and Service Map solutions, set up On-premise and SaaS provider integrations, execute discovery runs, create and utilize reports, assist with configuring content libraries, and configure Advanced Shipment Notification. To excel in this role, you must have 5+ years of ServiceNow technical experience, current certifications, advanced skills in configuring and supporting ServiceNow, experience implementing ServiceNow Discovery and Service Mapping, ServiceNow Custom Reporting, Performance Analytics, and Dashboarding experience, and strong ITIL methodology competency.
