Sr ServiceNow Analyst, Corporate Applications

Job Summary

The ServiceNow Analyst will assist the IT Infrastructure team in implementing and maintaining corporate applications. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, coordinate, and integrate program-related activities through vendor-supported corporate applications.
• Define system scope, objectives, and business requirements to meet user needs.
• Provide technical consulting to end-users on projects and assist business customers in making informed decisions regarding application development, configuration, and functionality. Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in information services or related field plus 5 years of direct experience as a ServiceNow admin or application owner.
• 5 years of IT technical application support experience required.
