Senior Lead QA Engineer for ServiceNow Platform Enhancements

Job Description This is a challenging opportunity for an experienced QA Engineer with expertise in ServiceNow and Automated Test Framework (ATF) to join our dynamic team. We are seeking a talented individual who can lead QA and testing efforts for ServiceNow platform enhancements and integrations with other systems. The successful candidate will design, develop, and maintain automated test cases using ServiceNow's ATF, including the ability to write JavaScript on ServiceNow to enhance ATF's automation and capabilities. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow ATF, experience integrating ATF with broader end-to-end testing frameworks, and proven experience working with a centralized QA testing team. Additionally, they should have solid understanding of agile methodologies and continuous testing principles, excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills, including working both with developers and with business stakeholders. Key Responsibilities

• Lead QA and testing efforts for ServiceNow platform enhancements and integrations.
• Design, develop, and maintain automated test cases using ServiceNow's ATF.
• Integrate ATF with broader end-to-end testing frameworks.
• Representing the QA and testing perspective while working directly with highly technical developers.
• Collaborate with architects, developers, product owners, and QA team members to define test strategies and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
