Senior ServiceNow Developer, ITOM, CMDB

At IDEXX, we are enhancing our Configuration Management Database (CMDB) to improve its quality, comprehensiveness, and reliability. This is the foundation of a resilient IT ecosystem, enabling streamlined security operations, proactive service delivery, and opportunities for automation.

We are seeking a Senior ServiceNow Developer focused on IT Operations Management (ITOM) and CMDB to develop new solutions that drive the evolution and maturity of our CMDB capabilities. Your expertise will help shape advanced features and tools that empower teams to utilize the CMDB to its fullest potential.

In this role, you will design, develop, and implement robust ServiceNow integrations to expand and enrich our CMDB. You will also develop and enhance discovery patterns, custom probes, and sensors to improve automated CI population and reconciliation.

Key responsibilities include:

• Designing and developing ServiceNow integrations to expand and enrich our CMDB.
• Developing and enhancing discovery patterns, custom probes, and sensors to improve automated CI population and reconciliation.
• Implementing and optimizing Service Mapping across all mapping approaches to ensure accurate visibility of business services and their dependencies.
• Maintaining and optimizing CMDB health through effective identification and remediation of data quality issues.

We are looking for a candidate with 5-7+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development, including complex project delivery and platform integrations. The ideal candidate will have expertise in designing and building ServiceNow integrations using MID servers, REST/SOAP APIs, Discovery, and Service Mapping.
