The Solutions Architect leads technical teams through ServiceNow deployments. They work with Project Managers and Business Transformation Consultants to guide clients to value-driving decisions while adhering to industry best practices.
This is a remote role for Central or Eastern Time Zones residents. Required travel is 5%. Responsibilities
- Explain industry and ServiceNow best practices.
- Understand and explain Contender products and service offerings.
- Implement delivery projects:
- Conduct demos and sessions with clients
- Gather client requirements
- Design solutions to maximize value and minimize debt
- Refine Agile stories and tasks
- Assign work to technical consultants
- Review consultant work Required Skills
- ITIL framework experience
- ServiceNow configuration and customization expertise
- Strong JavaScript skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Additional Desired Skills
- Team leadership experience in ServiceNow development and configuration
- Experience explaining ServiceNow solutions to stakeholders
- Knowledge of Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, Workflow/Flow Designer, Table/Form creation, etc.
- Agile methodology expertise (story refinement, testing, scrum)
- Configuration management knowledge in ITIL framework
- ServiceNow System Admin Certification
- ServiceNow Implementation Specialist Certification Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience/military experience
- At least 7 years' experience as a ServiceNow platform administrator
- Expert ServiceNow ITSM and CSM module knowledge, preferred experience implementing
