- Required Skills & Experience:
- 5+ years of hands-on experience withServiceNow development and administration .
- Proven experience with ITSM modules , scripting (JavaScript, Glide), and integrations (REST/SOAP APIs).
- Deep understanding of ServiceNow architecture , data model, and application design.
- Experience with ATF (Automated Test Framework) for testing and release validation.
- Strong knowledge of Service Portal , custom widget development, and SOW (Service Operations Workspace) .
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies for managing user stories and enhancements.
- Ability to manage multiple parallel tasks , including incidents, enhancements, and releases.
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
- Willingness to work off-hours for releases and critical patching (aligned to US CST time zone).
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) – Required
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer – REQUIRED
- ITIL v3/v4 Foundation Certification – Preferred
