  • Required Skills & Experience:
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience withServiceNow development and administration .
  • Proven experience with ITSM modules , scripting (JavaScript, Glide), and integrations (REST/SOAP APIs).
  • Deep understanding of ServiceNow architecture , data model, and application design.
  • Experience with ATF (Automated Test Framework) for testing and release validation.
  • Strong knowledge of Service Portal , custom widget development, and SOW (Service Operations Workspace) .
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies for managing user stories and enhancements.
  • Ability to manage multiple parallel tasks , including incidents, enhancements, and releases.
  • Strong communication and documentation skills.
  • Willingness to work off-hours for releases and critical patching (aligned to US CST time zone).
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) – Required
  • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer – REQUIRED
  • ITIL v3/v4 Foundation Certification – Preferred
