Our organization is seeking a skilled Techno-Functional Analyst to join our Colleague Experience team.
The ideal candidate will have experience in ServiceNow HRSD with strong knowledge of configurations and best practices.
This role requires a strong understanding of HR Service Delivery principles and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver business process improvements.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into technical specifications and solutions within ServiceNow HRSD.
- Lead the design, documentation, and show backs of ServiceNow HR Services, Record Producers, SLAs, Lifecycle Events, and Journeys.
- Provide expert guidance and best practices for utilizing ServiceNow HRSD applications and capabilities to drive business process optimization.
- Lead and perform data analysis and reporting to support decision-making and identify improvement opportunities across platform.
- Collaborate with HRSD process owners, product owner, developers, and other stakeholders to improve existing services and processes.
- Develop and maintain detailed business requirements documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and deployment procedures.
- Provide training and support to users for new or modified features and functionalities.
- Stay current with industry trends and advancements in ServiceNow technology to continually improve service offerings.
- Develop and manage documentation, including design workbooks and test scenarios.
- Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and maintain clear communication with stakeholders.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience in HR Operations
- 5 years' experience designing, configuring, and maintaining ServiceNow HRSD applications
- 3 years' experience with backlog, demand, and incident management
- 2 years' demonstrated problem-solving skills
- 2 years' experience effectively communicating and collaborating in a diverse team environment
