ServiceNow Developer

This role works closely with our Technology Innovation Architect and Business Analyst to understand define agile requirements drive entire SLDC process from design building ServiceNow-based solutions.

The Developer gathers Requirements Analysis Design UI Workflow Application Development activities. Facilitates rollouts of new applications enhancements new modules. Implements ServiceNow customizations including but not limited to: Scoped Applications Client Scripts UI policies UI Actions Script Includes Business Rules workflow administration Reports.

Qualifications Skills Excellent understanding of ways in which ServiceNow can be configured customized scripted Global scoped application environments. Knowledge assessment performance ServiceNow environment diagnose performance problems best practices improving performance. Ability write JavaScript code easy read follows standards extensibility reuse mind Ability write AngularJS widgets Service Portal Strong communication skills written verbal Must comfortable engaging stakeholders process owners non-technical users. Experienced working business users identify business requirements workflows translate business requirements technical solutions. Develop clear concise technical process documentation making use knowledgebase module ServiceNow Ensure adherence ITIL processes.
