Senior Business Analyst, ServiceNow HRSD

At Slalom, our ServiceNow team delivers meaningful business outcomes through strategic thinking and technology innovation. We partner with clients to reimagine work using the ServiceNow platform as a strategic enabler of enterprise agility and operational excellence.

We seek a ServiceNow Technology Strategist with HRSD implementation experience to design and deliver scalable solutions that align with client enterprise objectives and integrate into their broader ecosystem.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience implementing and configuring ServiceNow or similar platforms, with 2+ years in a client-facing role. They should possess expertise in business and systems analysis, including process and data modeling, and excellent communication skills for engaging technical and non-technical audiences.

A collaborative mindset and passion for designing user-centric solutions are essential for this role. Required certifications include ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or Certified Application Developer (CAD), and Certified Implementation Specialist – Human Resources (CIS-HR).
