Slalom seeks a ServiceNow Technology Strategist with HRSD implementation experience Our capability partners with our clients to deliver HRSD strategy and design technology advisory solution design deployment go-live training and change support

As a ServiceNow HRSD Technology Strategist you'll guide clients in aligning ServiceNow's capabilities with their long-term enterprise goals You'll design and deliver HRSD solutions that are scalable strategic and aligned with ServiceNow best practices

• Translate business needs into clear actionable requirements and ensure alignment across technical teams

• Design and validate HRSD solutions that support client enterprise objectives and integrate into their broader ecosystem

• Facilitate roadmap development and communicate how HRSD can drive strategic outcomes

• Review and refine technical solutions to ensure they meet both functional and business expectations

• Ensure the successful delivery of team projects

• Mentor team members on HRSD best practices platform capabilities and scalable design standards
