We seek a ServiceNow Technology Strategist with HRSD implementation experience. Our capability delivers HRSD strategy and design, technology advisory, solution design, deployment, go-live, training and change support.
You'll guide clients in aligning ServiceNow's capabilities with their long-term enterprise goals, designing and delivering HRSD solutions that are scalable, strategic, and aligned with ServiceNow best practices.
Key responsibilities include:
- Translating business needs into clear, actionable requirements and ensuring alignment across technical teams
- Designing and validating HRSD solutions that support client enterprise objectives and integrate into their broader ecosystem
- Facilitating roadmap development and communicating how HRSD can drive strategic outcomes
- Reviewing and refining technical solutions to ensure they meet both functional and business expectations
Requirements include 5+ years of experience implementing and configuring ServiceNow or similar platforms, with 2+ years in a client-facing role, strong track record delivering complex ServiceNow HRSD projects involving multiple stakeholders, expertise in business and systems analysis, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in Agile methodologies.
