Job Title: ServiceNow Architect
A highly skilled professional with expertise in designing and implementing ServiceNow solutions. About the Role:
- This is a Manager II position within our Enterprise Services team, focused on leading technical aspects of project delivery.
- As a ServiceNow Technical Lead - Portal/Special Projects, you will be responsible for development, implementation, and maintenance of HRIS systems and related policies and procedures. Responsibilities:
- Owning and driving L3/L4 production support/enhancements with support/dev teams, business stakeholders, platform teams, and vendors.
- Leading technical aspects of project delivery by collaborating with functional teams, business units, vendors, and partners.
- Developing Proof-of-Concepts (POCs) and presenting solution options to senior leadership to solve complex business problems.
- Establishing high standards and acting as a mentor to development teams.
- Driving release management and change management processes.
- Implementing process improvements by collaborating with the platform team.
- Contributing to roadmaps and accelerating the adoption and maturity of platform capabilities.
- Providing retrieval ability to produce employee information for analysis and decision-making, statistical data, and other employee-related reports as required.
- Leading a technically diverse team geographically dispersed in the US and India.
- Maintaining current awareness of trends in HRIS and software developments and keeping abreast of trends and new methods in information systems training, materials, and techniques. Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Technology, Information Systems or related discipline and minimum 8 years' related work experience.
- Strong knowledge of the core ITSM platform, platform security, and integrations.
- Experience with full-cycle implementation in ServiceNow primarily on HRSD, integrating ServiceNow with third-party software using REST/SOAP, including scripted web services, servers.
- Experience in Service Portal and building custom widgets using Angular JS and implementing and customizing core applications, including incident, problem, change, knowledge, configuration management, and service catalog.
- Experience with Web Technologies (XML, HTML, JavaScript, Web Services, etc.) and working in a SaaS environment.
- Hands-on experience in configuration and development in portal, workflows, UI actions, integrations, and knowledge of key integrations and their mechanisms with multiple HR technology platforms like Workday.
- Knowledge of technical components such as LDAP, SSO, SSL, and other such technologies. Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong expertise in Agile development/SDLC methodologies and Test Automation.
- Experience in release management and change management processes.

The salary range for this role is $124,000 USD - $250,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including but not limited to individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company's performance.
This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
