Servicenow Solution Architect Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Servicenow Solution Architect to join our team. As a key member of the IT Services group, you will be responsible for providing strategic direction with respect to the internal Servicenow platform to address the organization's need for an IT hardware asset lifecycle management process and solution.

You will work closely with IT Asset Management Process Owner, IT Solution Architect, and Systems Developer to determine optimal solutions to proposed needs. You will also augment testing strategy and propose end-to-end tests for the CMDB/AMDB and its integrations.

Experience in the implementation, configuration and deployment of Servicenow instances is required, including knowledge and implementation of Servicenow Scripting, ITSM Pro suite, Hardware (HAM) and Software Asset management (SAM) products, and integration to third party data sources such as Microsoft Intune, System Center Configuration Manager.

The ideal candidate will have demonstrated ability to work on multiple initiatives concurrently and to manage deadlines. They will also have effective communication, writing, planning and coordination skills.
