The Team

The Customer Excellence Group helps customers achieve their outcomes through prescriptive guidance, driving adoption, satisfaction, and growth on the ServiceNow platform.

The Role

The Principal Technical Consultant, Integrations Specialist, is a functional and technical expert who consults with customers and configures ServiceNow integrations to accelerate business outcomes. You will design and implement integrations between ServiceNow and third-party platforms, resolving complex issues and supporting AI solutions.

Responsibilities include:

  • Leveraging AI to improve workflows, decision-making, or problem-solving, including automating workflows and analyzing AI-driven insights.
  • Devising integration strategies and architectures.
  • Implementing ServiceNow AI features like Virtual Agent, NLU, AI Search, and Generative AI.
  • Developing solutions based on user requirements.
  • Coordinating with developers to support project goals.
  • Ensuring best practices in integration processes.
  • Serving as an SME for complex integration and AI issues.
  • Optimizing data configurations and resolving system errors.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in complex integration technologies.
  • Ability to influence and consult in diverse customer environments.
  • Maintaining at least two ServiceNow CIS certifications and a ServiceNow CAD certification.
  • Experience in system architecture, integration technologies (REST/SOAP, LDAP, SSO, etc.), and SaaS platforms.
  • Understanding of AI models, including Generative AI and Deep Learning.
  • Experience with ServiceNow platform development tools and data management.
  • Knowledge of enterprise technologies like LDAP, VPN, SSL, SAML/SSO.
  • Strong interpersonal, mentoring, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and communicate effectively.
  • Willingness to travel up to 30% annually.
