  • 7+ years in presales, solution consulting, or technical sales roles within enterprise software
  • Experience with CRM, FSM, or CX platforms such as Salesforce, Oracle, or ServiceNow
  • Deep understanding of the Energy & Utilities sector and its operational workflows
  • Proven ability to influence technical decisions and articulate business value
  • Confidence in facilitating discovery workshops and technical storytelling How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow's CSM, FSM, or SOM applications
  • Familiarity with utility-specific use cases, such as customer outage reporting and field work dispatch
