Remote ServiceNow Architect

Vector Consulting seeks an experienced ServiceNow expert for an 18+ month renewable contract.

This position involves overseeing the design and implementation of ServiceNow solutions for clients and customers.

Main Responsibilities:

• Architect and design ServiceNow solutions – 30%
• Lead technical teams in the implementation and operations of HRSD solutions – 30%
• Engage with executive stakeholders to establish strategic roadmaps and provide thought leadership – 20%
• Develop business cases and contribute to business development opportunities – 20%

Qualifications:

• Required skills: Design ServiceNow solutions – 5+ years
• Lead implementations of ServiceNow solutions – 5+ years
• Engage with client stakeholders and customers to determine solution requirements and improvements – 8+ years
• Excellent customer relationship management skills including effective oral and written communications – 8+ years
