Rate: $70/hr W2 Only

Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and communicative ServiceNow Developer/Consultant with deep expertise in Human Resources Service Delivery (HRSD).

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, configure, and maintain ServiceNow HRSD modules, workflows, integrations, and UI Content.

• Partner with both HR and IT teams to define and implement shared governance models that ensure platform consistency, scalability, and strategic alignment.

• Lead efforts to drive user adoption through intuitive design of Employee Center, training, and clear communication.

• Lead conversations that translate business needs into thoughtful, sustainable technical solutions—while helping to guide decisions.

• Act as a liaison between technical and non-technical stakeholders, translating business needs into technical solutions and vice versa.

• Champion the employee experience by delivering seamless, user-friendly solutions that meet real-world needs.

• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement enhancements in line with best practices.

• Stay current with ServiceNow releases and proactively recommend improvements.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow development and administration, with a focus on HRSD.

• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to engage, influence, and build trust across all levels of the organization.

• Proven success in driving user adoption and delivering impactful solutions.

• Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, scripting (JavaScript), and integration capabilities.

• Experience working in a federated ownership model between HR and IT.

• Ability to lead discussions around governance, process improvement, and platform strategy.
