Journeyman Software Developer, Application – ServiceNow IRM/CAM

Job Description

• Develop and configure ServiceNow IRM and CAM modules. Design and implement workflows, business rules, and integrations. Customize UI and automate processes using ServiceNow scripting.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions. Ensure compliance with ServiceNow development standards and best practices.

• Build User stories and update sets
• Input into monthly status reports
• Adhering to assigned user stories
• Documentation and related technical documentation activities

Required Skills & Experience

• Bachelors Degree
• Proven experience with ServiceNow IRM and CAM. Proficiency in JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture. Experience with API integrations and data imports. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Knowledge and understanding of the Federal ATO process
