Enterprise ServiceNow HRSD Expert

Job Title: ServiceNow HRSD Business Solutions Lead

As a key member of our agile teams, you will partner with clients to deliver strategic business outcomes by leveraging the ServiceNow platform as an enabler of enterprise agility, operational excellence, and user-centric design.

Key Responsibilities:

• Translate client needs into actionable requirements and ensure alignment across technical teams
• Design and validate HRSD solutions that support client objectives and integrate into their broader ecosystem
• Facilitate roadmap development and communicate how HRSD can drive strategic outcomes
• Review and refine technical solutions to ensure they meet both functional and business expectations
• Ensure the successful delivery of team projects
• Mentor team members on HRSD best practices, platform capabilities, and scalable design standards

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience implementing and configuring ServiceNow or similar platforms, with 2+ years in a client-facing role
• Strong track record delivering complex ServiceNow HRSD projects involving multiple stakeholders
• Expertise in business and systems analysis, including process and data modeling
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies, with strengths in planning, troubleshooting, and solution delivery
• A collaborative, self-driven mindset and a passion for designing solutions that enhance user experience
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or Certified Application Developer (CAD)
• Certified Implementation Specialist – Human Resources (CIS-HR)
