Senior ServiceNow Consultant
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior ServiceNow Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our advisory team, you will play a critical role in helping clients maximize their ServiceNow investments through strategic roadmaps, platform governance, and process optimization. About the Role
This is an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned professional to leverage their expertise in ServiceNow to drive business outcomes for our clients. You will be responsible for leading client engagements to assess current ServiceNow capabilities and define future-state process and platform strategies.
You will work closely with our sales and delivery teams to develop compelling proposals and Statements of Work (SOWs) for ServiceNow engagements. Your technical skills and industry knowledge will enable you to configure and customize ServiceNow modules, perform health scans, and manage integrations with third-party tools. Key Responsibilities
- Advisory & Strategic Consulting: Lead client engagements to assess current ServiceNow capabilities and define future-state process and platform strategies.
- Proposal Development: Collaborate with sales and delivery teams to draft compelling proposals and SOWs for ServiceNow engagements.
- Technical Implementation: Configure and customize ServiceNow modules, perform health scans, and manage integrations with third-party tools. Requirements
- 10+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience across multiple modules.
- 3+ years experience in advisory consulting and technical delivery.
- 5+ years experience in ServiceNow architecture, scripting, workflows, and integrations.
- 2+ years of experience in proposal writing, SOW creation, and client presentations.
- 5+ years experience leading client workshops and translating business processes into technical solutions.
- Must have excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Candidates should have strong problem-solving skills and be able to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. A background in IT service management and experience working with global teams would be beneficial. Benefits
