Job Title: ServiceNow ITSM

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical assistance via various channels, including email, online chats, phone calls, and in-person interactions.
  • Offer step-by-step guidance to customers about IT products and services.
  • Assist with troubleshooting hardware and software issues, escalating complex problems to internal teams as required.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfactory service and communicate their feedback to relevant internal teams.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Passion for problem-solving and customer service.
  • Tech-savviness, with experience working in a tech-related field.
  • Ability to diagnose and resolve various technical issues.
  • Team-oriented mindset with openness to constructive feedback and eagerness to learn new technologies and systems.
  • Experience working as an IT help desk technician or in a similar customer support role.
