Job Title: ServiceNow ITSM
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical assistance via various channels, including email, online chats, phone calls, and in-person interactions.
- Offer step-by-step guidance to customers about IT products and services.
- Assist with troubleshooting hardware and software issues, escalating complex problems to internal teams as required.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfactory service and communicate their feedback to relevant internal teams.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Passion for problem-solving and customer service.
- Tech-savviness, with experience working in a tech-related field.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve various technical issues.
- Team-oriented mindset with openness to constructive feedback and eagerness to learn new technologies and systems.
- Experience working as an IT help desk technician or in a similar customer support role.
