We are seeking a Digital Transformation (DT) Program Manager to lead, plan, and execute strategic initiatives that modernize and optimize our business processes through technology. The DT Program Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative digital solutions that improve efficiency, scalability, and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale digital transformation programs across multiple departments.
• Partner with business leaders to identify opportunities for digital innovation and process automation.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure successful program delivery.
• Define program goals, success metrics, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Oversee cross-functional teams including IT, operations, finance, and external vendors.
• Implement agile and project management best practices to ensure timely delivery.
• Monitor risks, issues, and dependencies, and develop mitigation plans.
• Communicate program updates to stakeholders and executive leadership.
• Ensure alignment between technology initiatives and organizational strategy.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, data-driven decision-making, and digital adoption.
• 10+ years of experience managing complex programs, ideally in digital transformation, IT strategy, or enterprise technology implementation.
