ServiceNow Enterprise Solutions Consultant

ServiceNow Business Analyst Senior plays a pivotal role in driving digital transformation and enhancing mission effectiveness within the U.S. Army Communications-Electronics Command.

The ServiceNow Platform Team is responsible for delivering enterprise IT service management and workflow automation capabilities across the force. As a seasoned professional, you will serve as a functional and subject matter expert on the ServiceNow platform, providing deep knowledge of its capabilities and use cases to stakeholders and system users.

Key responsibilities include:

• Capturing business requirements, documenting needs, and translating them into functional specifications for developers.
• Supporting Help Desk ticket triage, user inquiries, and platform issue resolution.
• Developing functional documentation, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows.
• Leading organizational studies and process improvement initiatives to optimize Army workflows using ServiceNow.
• Supporting testing and validation of ServiceNow solutions, ensuring alignment with user requirements and Army standards.

Additionally, strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform functionality, workflows, and user engagement is essential. An active DoD Secret clearance is also required.

Preferred skills/certifications include ServiceNow System Administrator (CSA) or Business Analyst certification, experience supporting Army or DoD IT systems, and excellent communication, facilitation, and organizational change management skills.
