  • Develop and optimize the ServiceNow platform, ensuring seamless integration with business needs and industry best practices.
  • Foster a high-performance team culture, guiding engineers and direct-report managers.
  • Establish a scalable and secure platform roadmap, adhering to enterprise standards.
  • Oversee workflow development, integrations, and modules across key areas like ITSM, ITAM, SecOps, GRC, and TPRM.
  • Prioritize platform upgrades for security, stability, and adherence to regulations.
  • Collaborate with business leaders to develop solutions delivering measurable business impact.
  • Establish governance and best practices for efficient platform adoption.
  • Provide technical guidance for configuring and developing on ServiceNow.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest ServiceNow trends and best practices. Ideal Candidate Profile:
  • 10+ years of ServiceNow experience, with expertise in ITSM, ITAM, SecOps, GRC, and TPRM.
  • Strong architecture and design experience in ServiceNow, including workflows, custom apps, and integrations.
  • Leadership experience, including mentoring and managing technical teams.
  • Ability to drive complex projects while meeting deadlines and business objectives.
  • Proficiency in scripting languages (JavaScript, Glide, etc.) and frameworks like HTML, CSS, AngularJS, SASS, and Bootstrap.
  • Solid understanding of CMDB, Asset Management, Incident, Problem, and Change Management processes.
  • Experience integrating ServiceNow with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and Integration Hub/Spokes.
  • Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, and Kanban methodologies.
  • Strong communication skills, presenting technical concepts to stakeholders and executives. Bonus Points: Certifications & Education
  • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (ITSM, ITAM, or similar)
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
  • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
  • ITIL v3/v4 Certification
  • Certified Technical Architect (CTA) – A major plus
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
