ServiceNow Specialist Role

We are seeking a skilled professional to implement and configure ServiceNow solutions. This role involves designing, deploying, and managing ServiceNow modules to deliver exceptional results. About the Role

This is a remote position that requires hands-on experience with ServiceNow, including ITOM, ITSM, APM, CMDB, and other relevant modules. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Key Responsibilities

• Implement and configure ServiceNow modules to meet client needs.
• Design and deploy end-to-end solutions using ServiceNow best practices.
• Conduct requirements gathering and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver customized solutions.
• Manage and maintain CMDB, ensuring accurate data modeling and integrations.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
• Develop documentation including technical specs, workflows, and test cases. Requirements

Required Skills:

• 2-5 years of experience implementing and configuring ServiceNow.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.
• Strong knowledge and experience with various ServiceNow modules, including ITOM, ITSM, and CMDB.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Addtional ServiceNow certifications such as SAM, APM, and HAM.
• Experience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Familiarity with scripting in ServiceNow. Benefits

This is a remote position that offers flexibility and autonomy. The pay rate is $50 per hour, and the location is the US. Clearance is not required.
