A leading investment firm is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Engineering Lead to join their team in Miami. This role offers the opportunity to drive digital transformation and improve operational efficiency. Responsibilities

• Design and Implement ServiceNow Platform: Lead the design and implementation of our next-generation ServiceNow platform, ensuring a scalable, flexible, and secure architecture that meets evolving business needs.
• Automation Solutions: Develop and implement automation solutions using ServiceNow to streamline IT service management and enhance operational workflows.
• Cloud Services Integration: Utilize Azure cloud services to build, deploy, and manage scalable and secure automation workflows, integrating them seamlessly with the ServiceNow platform.
• Process Analysis and Optimization: Analyze existing processes to identify automation opportunities, re-engineer workflows, and implement solutions that drive efficiency and reduce manual intervention.
• Collaboration and Integration: Work closely with IT, operations, and development teams to integrate innovative automation solutions across the organization.
• Performance Monitoring and Improvement: Establish metrics, dashboards, and monitoring solutions to track automation performance, ensuring continuous improvement and adherence to SLAs.
• Emerging Technologies and Best Practices: Stay updated on emerging automation and cloud technologies, proposing enhancements that align with our strategic goals and industry best practices. Qualifications
• Degree Requirements: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• Experience and Expertise: Minimum of 5+ years in software engineering or IT operations with a strong focus on automation and process improvement.
• ServiceNow Automation: Proven expertise in ServiceNow automation, including workflow design, script development, and platform customization.
• Azure Cloud Services and Automation Tools: Hands-on experience with Azure cloud services and associated automation tools and deployment pipelines.
• Modern Software Development Practices: Familiarity with modern software development practices and scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell).
