Senior ServiceNow Administration Position
We are seeking an experienced Senior ServiceNow Administrator to join our team and lead the administration and management of our ServiceNow platform.
The successful candidate will have extensive knowledge of ServiceNow capabilities and will be responsible for optimizing system performance, implementing best practices, and mentoring junior administrators.
This role requires strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Oversee the configuration, customization, and maintenance of the ServiceNow platform, ensuring optimal performance and stability
- Lead the implementation of new modules, applications, and enhancements based on business requirements
- Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to define and document technical specifications and workflows
- Develop and enforce best practices for ServiceNow administration, including system security, user access, and data integrity
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to the ServiceNow platform, providing timely support to users
- Conduct system upgrades, patches, and maintenance to ensure the platform is up-to-date and secure
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for system configurations, processes, and procedures
- Provide training and mentorship to junior administrators and other team members on ServiceNow functionalities and best practices
- Monitor system performance metrics and make recommendations for improvements and optimizations
- Stay current with ServiceNow updates, features, and industry trends, evaluating their potential impact on the organization
- Enforce ServiceNow license management & governance (e.g. User, App, API Usage, Custom Tables, etc.)
