Job Title: ServiceNow Business Analyst – IRM

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Business Analyst with Integrated Risk Management (IRM) experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will act as the bridge between stakeholders and the technical team to ensure the successful design, development, and implementation of IRM solutions on the ServiceNow platform. This role requires deep understanding of risk and compliance processes and the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary liaison between business units and the ServiceNow development team for IRM-related initiatives.
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, processes, and workflows.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications for ServiceNow IRM modules (Policy and Compliance, Risk Management, Audit Management, Vendor Risk, etc.).
• Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of IRM features and enhancements.
• Support testing activities including UAT and QA by developing test cases and assisting in test execution.
• Participate in ServiceNow IRM roadmap planning and help identify opportunities for platform optimization.
• Conduct gap analysis, identify improvement opportunities, and recommend best practices for IRM workflows.
• Assist in change management and training efforts related to IRM implementation.
• Monitor the performance and effectiveness of IRM solutions and recommend enhancements.
• Stay current with ServiceNow platform updates, particularly around IRM and GRC modules.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Risk Management, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 2 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow IRM/GRC modules.
• Strong understanding of risk, compliance, and audit frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST, SOX).
• Experience working in Agile or hybrid project environments.
• Proven ability to write clear and concise user stories, business requirement documents (BRDs), and functional specifications.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow’s data schema, workflows, and scripting capabilities.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience with stakeholder engagement, user training, and end-user support.

Preferred Qualifications:

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – IRM or GRC.
• Experience with third-party risk management or vendor risk modules.
• Background in information security, compliance, or enterprise risk management.
• Familiarity with regulatory standards such as GDPR, HIPAA, or PCI-DSS.
