- *ServiceNow Business Analyst Role** Job Summary:
This position plays a vital role in delivering implementation services across the ServiceNow platform. Responsibilities include involvement in discovery, research, design, build, implement, hypercare, and go-live activities. Main Responsibilities:
- Providing ServiceNow implementation services in HRSD, ITSM, WSD, or GRC modules
- Facilitating discovery workshops, stakeholder interviews, and product backlog grooming
- Creating user stories, functional specifications, wireframes, and process maps
The ideal candidate will be responsible for eliciting, analyzing, and documenting business and functional requirements, as well as translating business needs into ServiceNow configuration and development needs. Experience in Waterfall and/or Agile/Scrum environments is desired, as well as the ability to develop training materials and provide training. Key Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience as a business analyst for ServiceNow
- Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences
A Bachelor's degree is required, and a Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification is preferred. The successful candidate will work on creating roadmaps, R&D findings, epic and sprint planning, backlog grooming, user stories, OCM documentation, and go-live activity checklists.
