Job Description

We are looking for an experienced IT Technical Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical capabilities, effective leadership and hands-on experience with multiple functional areas within IT service management.

  • Design and implement IT service management solutions covering functional areas like incident management, problem management, change management, self-service portal, knowledge management and service catalog.
  • Configure features, approvals, notifications, foundation data and workflow customization for IT service management processes.
  • Develop and customize business rules, client/server-side scripts, script includes and flow designer functions. Required Qualifications:
  • Hands-on experience with multiple functional areas in IT service management.
  • Proven ability to configure features, approvals, workflows and IT service management features.
