What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Consult with customers and configure the ServiceNow Platform products based on best practices to drive business outcomes
- Lead customer design workshops and support platformwide process definition and improvement efforts
- Draft technical documentation, including business requirement workbooks and user stories
- Guide customers in completing required documentation and provide oversight/training for their future system administrators
- Manage multiple complex projects and deliver highquality customerfacing deliverables
What is Required (Qualifications):
- United States Top Secret / Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) Clearance
- Minimum 3 years of experience working in U.S. federal agencies with ServiceNow Government Community Cloud (GCC)
- At least 5 years of handson configuration/development experience with complex technologies, including integrations and portals
- Strong experience with web technologies such as XML, HTML, JavaScript, and middleware
- ServiceNow certifications: Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Application Developer (CAD)
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with ServiceNow security features, including Vault, Edge Encryption, and Data Privacy
- Knowledge of technical components like LDAP, VPN, SSL, and SAML/SSO
- Proven ability to influence and consult in complex customer environments
- Experience with data management and database design concepts
- Strong interpersonal skills and a customercentric attitude
