ServiceNow CMDB Expert

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow CMDB Expert to lead the design and optimization of our Configuration Management Database (CMDB) structure. This key role will be responsible for implementing best practices for data population and normalization, ensuring accuracy and completeness of CMDB information, and configuring and maintaining ServiceNow Discovery processes.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ServiceNow and experience in designing and developing highly scalable and high-performance applications on the ServiceNow platform. A proven track record of collaborating with cross-functional teams to map configuration items and troubleshooting issues related to discovery processes is essential.

Bachelor's or equivalent degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required, along with 5+ years of experience in a similar role. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
