ServiceNow HRSD Architect

Job Summary:

• Architect, develop and implement the HRSD module within the ServiceNow Platform.
• Focus on HR workflows, case management, and employee service centers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, development, and implementation of end-to-end ServiceNow HRSD solutions.
• Customization and maintenance of HRSD modules such as HR Service Configuration, HR Criteria, Catalog Item, Security Configurations, Assignment Rules, country-based notifications etc.
• Developing custom applications, workflows, UI policies, Business Rules, and UI Builder interfaces within ServiceNow.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Architect.
• Deep knowledge of HR processes, case management, and knowledge management within ServiceNow.
