ServiceNow Business Process Consultant

Job Description

• We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Business Process Consultant with 5-7 years of experience specializing in Security Incident Response and Vulnerability Response.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing ServiceNow SecOps solutions, ensuring alignment with business and security objectives.
• This role requires deep understanding of the ServiceNow Security Operations (SecOps) suite, including SIR (Security Incident Response) and VR (Vulnerability Response) modules, along with strong process consulting capabilities. Key Responsibilities:
• Configure, develop, and support ServiceNow modules, including leading business process workshops with stakeholders to gather requirements and define process improvements for SecOps modules.
• Design, configure, and implement ServiceNow Security Incident Response and Vulnerability Response modules based on client needs.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions using best practices and out-of-the-box capabilities.
• Collaborate with security and infrastructure teams to integrate threat intelligence, vulnerability scanners, and other security tools.
• Optimize workflows and automation to enhance incident response efficiency and vulnerability remediation.
