ServiceNow Platform Enhancement Specialist

• *Job Summary:**

Our team seeks a detail-oriented Junior ServiceNow Business Analyst / Quality Assurance Specialist to support analysis, testing, and delivery of enhancements on our ServiceNow platform.

• The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of combined business analysis and quality assurance experience with ServiceNow.
• *Responsibilities Include:**

Business Analysis and Requirements Gathering:

• Collaborating with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements
• Defining acceptance criteria and supporting user acceptance testing (UAT)

Quality Assurance and Testing:

• Developing, executing, and maintaining test cases and scripts for functional, regression, and integration testing
• Identifying, documenting, and tracking defects

Communication and Collaboration:

Working closely with developers to ensure timely resolution.

• *Preferred Qualifications:** A ServiceNow Certified System Administrator is preferred.
