Job Summary:

Client is seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Sales Order Management Architect with deep expertise in designing, implementing, and optimizing solutions within the ServiceNow platform, with a particular focus on Sales Order Management. The ideal candidate will also possess strong working knowledge and integration experience with SAP Entitlement Management System (EMS), enabling end-to-end alignment between entitlement creation, order fulfillment, and customer lifecycle management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the architecture and design of Sales Order Management solutions within the ServiceNow platform.
  • Define and implement robust integrations between ServiceNow and SAP EMS, ensuring seamless data flow for entitlements, contracts, and fulfillment processes.
  • Translate complex business requirements into technical solutions that align with IT and business strategy.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales Ops, Finance, Customer Success, IT, and Product teams.
  • Define solution architecture diagrams, data models, integration patterns, and API specifications.
  • Support the end-to-end implementation lifecycle: requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, development oversight, testing, deployment, and post-deployment support.
  • Optimize and automate order-to-cash processes, entitlement validation, and contract execution workflows.
  • Ensure compliance with enterprise architecture standards, security guidelines, and industry best practices.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to ServiceNow developers and junior architects.
  • Stay current with new ServiceNow and SAP EMS features, roadmap items, and industry trends.

Required Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience in enterprise IT solutions with 5+ years specifically in ServiceNow, including at least 3 years as an architect.
  • Proven expertise in ServiceNow Sales Order Management, Customer Service Management (CSM), or ITBM/ITSM modules.
  • Strong understanding of SAP Entitlement Management System (EMS) and its data models, rules framework, and integration capabilities.
  • Demonstrated experience designing or implementing integrations between ServiceNow and SAP (via APIs, middleware, iPaaS, etc.).
  • Solid understanding of order-to-cash, quote-to-cash, and entitlement management business processes.
  • Experience with ServiceNow’s IntegrationHub, Flow Designer, and scripting (JavaScript, Glide API).
  • Familiarity with middleware platforms such as MuleSoft, Client Boomi, or SAP PI/PO is a plus.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to document and present architectural solutions to technical and non-technical stakeholders
