The Opportunity
CACI is looking for a ServiceNow Technical Architect to support our DoD customer to implement an enterprise IT Storefront that provides consistent, secure, high-quality, and cost-effective ordering services to enable mission success and improve end user experience across the customer environment.
Responsibilities
- As a technical lead for an agile team, you will be responsible for all aspects of ServiceNow application/module architecture including user interface, APIs, microservices, databases and infrastructure where applicable.
- Maintain sound understanding of enterprise and platform level architecture, often creating, updating, and maintaining technical diagrams and documentation.
- Collaborate with Developers, Program Managers, Testers, and Production Support Engineers to implement innovative technical solutions via iterative approach reducing time to delivery
- Work with business analysts and project manager to create implementation/development plan for features and applications by developing features and stories.
- Participation in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, backlog grooming, produce demonstrations, etc.) by leading in all technical aspects, including leading the demos to the Product Owner and stakeholders.
- Provide technical guidance and mentoring to technical software development teams through coaching and peer reviews to support the development quality products and continuous process improvement.
- Perform Architecture design and reviews ensuring initiatives are aligned with future state and meet business requirements.
- Identifies risks, opportunities, compliance issues or other architectural concerns.
- Keep up to date with industry trends and developments.
- Present and evangelize solutions to architecture guilds and management.
Qualifications
Required:
- Ability to obtain/maintain Secret clearance
- 15+ Years of relevant experience (Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field may be substituted for 5 years of relevant experience).
- 3+ years’ experience in incremental software development projects such as the Agile Scrum approach
- Professional experience operating within cross-functional teams
- Certified ServiceNow Administrator
- Must meet 8570/8140 DoD Cyber Workforce Compliance requirement.
- Strong execution history working in agile software development practices and experience delivering deployable software in short sprints.
- Expert level understanding of ServiceNow enterprise and platform level architecture.
- Experience in systems development, systems integration, and application design within ServiceNow.
- Experience designing complex systems that operate within the ITSM space alongside traditional ITIL modules.
- Experience with catalog items that produce asset records in support of managing total lifecycle accountability.
- Good ability to anticipate issues and formulate remedial actions.
- Excellent technical, diagnostic, and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication, motivational, and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with the following: Angular, JavaScript, XML, JSON, ServiceNow client scripting & server-side scripting.
- Experience working with payment processors or financial systems.

The Proposed Salary Range For This Position Is
$114,600-$252,100
