Position Summary:
We are seeking a ServiceNow Integrated Risk Management (IRM) Analyst to support enterprise risk, compliance, and audit automation initiatives on the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will bridge business risk functions and technical teams, ensuring IRM capabilities are designed, configured, and delivered effectively to meet governance and regulatory goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Partner with Risk, Compliance, Audit, and IT stakeholders to capture and translate business requirements into ServiceNow IRM solutions.
Configure and enhance IRM modules including Policy & Compliance, Risk Management, Audit Management, and Vendor Risk Management.
Define and maintain process workflows, control frameworks, and data models within ServiceNow.
Build dashboards and reports to provide real-time insights into risk posture and compliance status.
Conduct requirement workshops, UAT sessions, and provide end-user training/documentation.
Collaborate with ServiceNow developers to design scalable, maintainable configurations and integrations.
Support continuous improvement of IRM processes aligned with regulatory frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001, SOX, GDPR).
Monitor platform upgrades, new features, and implement enhancements in line with organizational objectives.
Required Skills & Experience:
4–7 years of experience in GRC/IRM domains with hands-on ServiceNow exposure.
Proven expertise with ServiceNow IRM / GRC modules — Policy, Risk, Audit, Vendor Risk.
Working knowledge of risk management frameworks, compliance standards, and internal audit methodologies.
Strong understanding of ServiceNow data model, workflows, forms, and reporting.
Excellent analytical and documentation skills — BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and process flows.
Experience in Agile delivery model, preferably with exposure to Scrum-based implementations.
Strong stakeholder management and communication capabilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) – Risk and Compliance / GRC.
Prior experience in regulated industries (BFSI, Healthcare, Manufacturing).
Exposure to SecOps, BCM, or Vendor Risk modules within ServiceNow.
Basic scripting knowledge (JavaScript, Glide API) is a plus.

Strong business acumen and consultative approach.
Ability to operate cross-functionally and drive consensus.
Self-starter with a focus on results, scalability, and governance alignment.
