What You'll Bring:

• Proven expertise as a Solution Architect, SME, or Consultant in ServiceNow CSM and ITSM transformations.
• 3+ years' hands-on experience in ServiceNow ITSM/CSM configuration and Service Integration (design to operations).
• Strong ability to articulate technical solutions to both business and technical stakeholders.
• Experience with Service Catalog, Service Request Management, and modules like HRSD, Security Ops, and SACM.
• Familiarity with other platforms (e.g., BMC Remedy) and exposure to Organizational Change Management (OCM).

What You'll Do:

• Lead end-to-end solution architecture across transition, run, and transformation phases.
• Develop scalable solution assets (decks, models, frameworks).
• Ensure feasibility, cost-effectiveness, and alignment with SLAs.
• Define testing strategies, implementation plans, and integrate OCM/run-support models.
• Support commercial teams with SoWs, SLAs, and service credit reviews.
• Guide cross-regional teams, ensuring architectural consistency and delivery quality.
