Position Title: ServiceNow Architect

Location: Bellevue NE

Clearance Requirements: Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility required

Position Status: Contract to Hire

Pay Rate: $90/hr.

Position Description:

We’re seeking an experienced ServiceNow Architect to support mission-critical IT operations for a high-visibility federal program at Offutt AFB, Nebraska. This role plays a key part in delivering secure, efficient, and scalable enterprise IT solutions that support national security objectives.

The ServiceNow Architect will lead the design, development, and optimization of the ServiceNow platform, ensuring it aligns with complex operational, cybersecurity, and performance requirements. You’ll work closely with technical and functional teams to architect seamless integrations, streamline ITSM processes, and enhance platform reliability across classified networks.

Responsibilities:

• Architect, design, and customize ServiceNow modules and applications to support enterprise IT service management (ITSM) operations.
• Develop workflows, UI policies, business rules, and notifications to automate and optimize processes.
• Integrate ServiceNow with other enterprise systems using REST, SOAP, JSON, and related protocols.
• Ensure ServiceNow architecture meets security, compliance, and performance standards for classified environments (NIPRNet, SIPRNet, JWICS, SAP/SAR).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align ServiceNow capabilities with mission and operational goals.
• Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve platform performance and functionality issues.
• Provide strategic guidance on ServiceNow upgrades, enhancements, and best practices.

Required Skills/Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in an Engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline (Master’s preferred).
• 15+ years of professional IT experience, including recent hands-on experience in ServiceNow design and architecture.
• Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility required.
• Certifications:
• ITIL 4 Foundation
• One of the following: Security+, CASP+, CCSP, Cloud+, or CSSLP
• Strong knowledge of ITSM, CMDB, and ServiceNow integrations.
• Experience supporting large-scale, secure enterprise or federal environments.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in fast-paced, mission-driven settings.
