ServiceNow Cyber Strategy Consultant

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Cyber Strategy Consultant to join our team. As a seasoned professional in the field of cybersecurity, you will play a vital role in helping clients navigate the ever-changing threat landscape and develop practical solutions to achieve better visibility over key components of cyber programs.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in designing programs and processes that support automation, documenting process flows, roles and responsibilities, inputs and outputs, and metrics/scoring. Additionally, they will possess strong analytical skills to identify efficiencies and opportunities for optimization, as well as excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with senior risk stakeholders and client stakeholders.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead the deployment of automated IRM and SecOps solutions at large and complex organizations across various industries, developing quality and meaningful deliverables that suit specific client needs. Key Responsibilities:

• Work with clients to identify target use cases for automation and define business and functional requirements.
• Design programs and processes that support automation, documenting process flows, roles and responsibilities, inputs and outputs, and metrics/scoring.
• Support configuring and customizing software applications, including forms, workflows, calculations, integrations, reporting, dashboards, access controls, etc.
• Lead deployment of automated IRM and SecOps solutions at large and complex organizations across various industries.
• Conduct thorough analysis of client processes and systems to identify efficiencies and opportunities for optimization.
• Work collaboratively with senior risk stakeholders, building solid, trust-based relationships with client stakeholders.
