Salesforce Solution Architect

About the Position

The ideal Architect candidate has extensive experience as a consultant and comprehensive knowledge of the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform. This role requires leading requirement gathering sessions, designing solutions and developing those within the Salesforce platform. The successful candidate will be able to manage customer expectations and scope by working closely with stakeholders and other internal parties. Responsibilities

• Assist various stakeholders and teams with understanding capabilities of the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform.
• Elicit, define and refine requirements for the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Design solutions involving the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform and develop them accordingly.
• Document design solutions within established development processes.
• Establish and evolve best practices for development efforts within the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform.
• Provide leadership and guidance on technical aspects of the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform.
• Stay current on Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform features and capabilities.
• Identify risks to the platform or individual initiatives and develop risk mitigations.
