Job Summary
A unique opportunity to lead the ServiceNow tech capability as UKI CTO/CTA for the ServiceNow practice. This is a newly created role where you will work at CXO level, support the ServiceNow business as tech leader, and focus across enablement, practice development, go-to-market activities, and bids.
You will be the lead authority on all ServiceNow engagements from a technical/design leadership perspective. Financial services experience is beneficial but not essential.
The role involves leading technology strategy, design, and implementation for ServiceNow solutions, working closely with stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery, and developing and maintaining technical expertise in ServiceNow products and services. Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development of ServiceNow technical capabilities, including solution design, architecture, and implementation.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver ServiceNow projects and initiatives, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
- Develop and maintain technical expertise in ServiceNow products and services, staying up-to-date with the latest features and functionality.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and develop solutions that meet those needs. Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in ServiceNow technical roles, preferably in a leadership position.
- Strong technical knowledge of ServiceNow products and services, including platform architecture, development methodologies, and integration principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels. Benefits
