ServiceNow Sales Specialist
This is an exciting opportunity to join our organization and drive business development efforts as a ServiceNow Sales Specialist.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for expanding our existing customer base with a focus on ServiceNow solutions.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Business Development & New Client Acquisition:
- Identifying and engaging potential clients to drive new business opportunities for ServiceNow solutions.
- Account Growth & Cross-Selling:
- Nurturing existing relationships to introduce ServiceNow and maximize account value.
- Identifying opportunities to expand ServiceNow adoption via additional solutions.
- Consultative Selling & Relationship Management:
- Acting as a trusted advisor to clients and potential clients to gather requirements and understand their business challenges.
- Long-term account management to identify growth opportunities.
- Collaboration & Internal Coordination:
- Working closely with marketing, pre-sales, and delivery teams to create proposals and presentations.
- Partnering with ServiceNow resources to ensure seamless delivery.
Qualifications And Skills:
- 6+ years in enterprise sales, account management, or business development.
- ServiceNow experience, HRSD, SPM, or CSM exposure preferred.
- Sales Acumen: Proven ability to generate new business, manage complex sales cycles, and close high-value deals.
