ServiceNow Sales Specialist

This is an exciting opportunity to join our organization and drive business development efforts as a ServiceNow Sales Specialist.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for expanding our existing customer base with a focus on ServiceNow solutions.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Business Development & New Client Acquisition:
  • Identifying and engaging potential clients to drive new business opportunities for ServiceNow solutions.
  • Account Growth & Cross-Selling:
  • Nurturing existing relationships to introduce ServiceNow and maximize account value.
  • Identifying opportunities to expand ServiceNow adoption via additional solutions.
  • Consultative Selling & Relationship Management:
  • Acting as a trusted advisor to clients and potential clients to gather requirements and understand their business challenges.
  • Long-term account management to identify growth opportunities.
  • Collaboration & Internal Coordination:
  • Working closely with marketing, pre-sales, and delivery teams to create proposals and presentations.
  • Partnering with ServiceNow resources to ensure seamless delivery.

Qualifications And Skills:

  • 6+ years in enterprise sales, account management, or business development.
  • ServiceNow experience, HRSD, SPM, or CSM exposure preferred.
  • Sales Acumen: Proven ability to generate new business, manage complex sales cycles, and close high-value deals.
