IT Platform Architect

Key Responsibilities:

We are seeking a seasoned IT professional to lead the design, governance, and continuous improvement of our ServiceNow platform. As Platform Architect, you will be responsible for defining and maintaining the architecture aligned with business strategy, developing and maintaining the platform roadmap, establishing technical standards, and ensuring adherence to ServiceNow best practices.

This role requires hands-on technical expertise and the ability to work closely with clients to deliver high-quality ServiceNow solutions that meet their business needs. You will lead solution design, implementation, configuration, and customization of ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, CSM, and ITOM, to meet business requirements.

In addition, you will identify and implement opportunities to streamline repeatable processes, support initiatives around Knowledge Management, Operational Reporting, and data-driven decision making. You will also document, review, and approve technical designs, integration blueprints, and automation flows.

The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in ServiceNow, including at least 3+ years in an architectural role. They will have hands-on delivery expertise across ITSM, CSM, ITOM, Discovery, and integrations, as well as strong working knowledge of CMDB design, Discovery, Event Management, and Service Mapping. Requirements:

• 10 years of hands-on experience working with ServiceNow
• At least 3+ years in an architectural role
• Hands-on delivery expertise across ITSM, CSM, ITOM, Discovery, and integrations
• Strong working knowledge of CMDB design, Discovery, Event Management, and Service Mapping
• Solid understanding of platform tools: Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, Scripting (JavaScript, Glide), Scoped Apps
• ServiceNow certifications, including Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in ITSM, ITOM
